Louder.ai’s website is not intended for children under the age of thirteen (13). Louder.ai does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13). If Louder.ai learns or has reason to believe it has collected personal information about a child under thirteen (13), Louder.ai will delete the information as soon as possible.

of data collection; (3) to rectify your data if it is inaccurate; (4) to be forgotten if your data is no longer necessary, you withdraw consent, your data has been unlawfully processed, you object to the processing of your data and Louder.ai has no reason to continue processing it, or if necessary to comply with a legal obligation; (5) to restrict processing if the data is inaccurate, the processing is unlawful, Louder.ai no longer needs the data but you want the data to be preserved for legal purposes; (6) to data portability in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format; (7) to object to processing for direct marketing, legitimate interest, or in the public interest; and (8) to not be subject to automated decision making if it produces a legal effect that significantly affects you.

 

In short, you have the right to:

  • Ask what personal information Louder.ai has about you;

  • Correct, update, amend, or delete your personal information;

  • Request that Louder.ai cease using or processing, or limit its use of your personal information;

The rights above are subject to the limitations and exceptions under applicable law. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant authority if you believe Louder.ai is improperly using your personal information.
